Bb. Pilipinas candidate No. 28, Nichole Marie Manalo is considered as one of the heavy favorite in this year's edition of the country's most prestigious beauty pageant, the Binibining Pilipinas 2016 wherein the winner will represent the Philippines in the world's prestigious Miss Universe competition as the defending champion.


Nichole Marie Manalo worked as an ICU nurse but left her job to join the Binibining Pilipinas beauty pageant during the year 2014. She came from a family of beauty queens, her sister Bb. Pilipinas World 2002 Katherine Anne Manao and her Miss Universe 2009 Pamela Bianca Manalo are her sisters.

Aside from Katherine Anne and Pamela Bianca Manalo, Nichole Marie Manalo's aunt Nini Ramos-Licaros was also a beauty queen title-holder as she won the Binibining Pilipinas-International 1968.

The 26-year-old Nichole Marie Manalo's participation in the prestigious beauty pageant created a buzz online and in the entire pageant community as she can be the next Miss Universe-Philippines. With her impressive height an body and the beautifully adored face, she wowed the crowd every time the Binibinis visited various  activities before the coronation night.

During the 2014 edition of Bb. Pilipinas, she managed to penetrate the Top 15 but the competition was dominated by the ultimate title-holder Miss Mary Jean Lastimosa.

R. Tiglao Exposed LTO Records Showing Aquino Never Bought or Sold a Porsche

Veteran columnist Rigoberto Tiglao exposed the Land Transportation Office (LTO) records of former President Benigno Aquino III showing that he never bought or sold an expensive Porsche car. The LTO records proved that the former President did not sold his Porsche 911 Carrera car which he claimed he bought for P5 million. The controversial Porsche car of the former President made headlines just months into his presidency but he explained that he bought the luxury car with the proceeds he got when he sold his BMW.
