Former NBI Director Esmeralda Released CCTV Footage of Alleged Napoles-De Lima Meeting

Newly-elected senator of the Republic of the Philippines, Sen. Leila De Lima is in hot water anew after former NBI Deputy Director Reynaldo Esmeralda released the CCTV footage of the former DOJ Secretary and Janet Napoles meeting.



The former NBI Deputy Director Reynaldo Esmeralda the CCTV footage featuring De Lima and Napoles was taken on May 13, 2013. The footage showed the former DOJ Secretary meeting with the pork barrel queen.

Sen. Leila De Lima's meeting with Janet Lim Napoles happened before the pork barrel issue caught the attentions of the mainstream media and the general public.

Reynaldo Esmeralda also noted during an interview with TV5 that he could still remember the time when he and another deputy director were removed by De Lima because they were accused of being connected to Janet Lim Napoles.

The former NBI Deputy Director came out lately and denied the allegations against them and they also showed a CCTV footage that will prove that Napoles and De Lima are indeed connected.

Esmeralda also claimed that they already gathered enough evidences that can prove Sen. De Lima's involvement in the illegal activities inside the National Penitentiary before the former DOJ Secretary removed them from their post.

Tesla cloud account hacked to mine cryptocurrency

The hack also potentially exposed the electric car company's data. Researchers for RedLock found that Tesla's credentials on an IT administrative console were not password protected. They made the discovery while trying to track down which organizations had left their Amazon Web Services (AWS) credentials openly exposed on the internet last month. The hackers quietly hijacked the console and began running scripts to generate virtual currency like bitcoin, the latest in a series of "cryptojacking" attacks.
