The very first President from Mindanao, Pres. Rody Duterte made a very intelligent response to some bias reporters who keeps on asking questions with regards to extra-judicial killing and the various plans of the Duterte administration.

During an interview with the Philippine President, a reporter asked Pres. Duterte the reasons why the mayor of Leyte was still free despite the fact that the President already named him as one of the narco-politicians.
Pres. Duterte responded that he should follow the rule of law but once the mayor will continue its illegal activities, he will surely kill the mayor.
Another reporter also questioned Pres. Duterte's program and its alleged involvement in extra-judicial killing but the President answered decisively.
