The very first President of the Philippines from Mindanao, President Rodrigo Duterte revealed the main reasons why he don't want to reveal to the public the controversial third "narco list" in his possession right now. According to the President, the list of personalities involved in illegal drug trades "will just make Filipinos cry."
Pres. Rody Duterte upon his arrival at the Davao City International Airport from his successful three-day visit to Japan which yields the Philippines around $19 billion dollar in investments and loans, he noted that latest list practically comprises the drug industry in the country.
On his statement in front of the local, national and international press in Davao City, the 71-year-old President was quoted as saying "I do not want to make this public (the narco list) because it will just make the Filipino cry," the President said.
The 16th President of the Philippines added further that "Sinong? Tingnan ninyo mabuti ha. That's why I want to talk to Congress. I want to talk to the judiciary, Supreme Court. I want to talk to the military, the service commanders. Hindi ko kaya ito."
"Ang taga Human Rights mag-commit ng suicide kung tapusin ko itong lahat," the President added.
President Duterte became the first President of the Republic of the Philippines who bravely disclosed publicly the alleged list of drug lords, politicians and police personnel who were involved in the illegal drug trades in the country which include at least five police generals.
The President also noted that he was "dumbfounded" that he still ended up with a thick list of so called narco politicians and personalities even after thorough investigations and ordering concerned government agencies to re-validate the information.
