Alleged Affidavit of Mayor Espinosa Naming Sen. De Lima as Protector Went Viral

An alleged affidavit of Albuera, Leyte Mayor Rolando Espinosa who was killed by some members of the CIDG inside the Baybay City Provincial Jail early Saturday morning. Some netizens were quick to speculates on who will benefit from silencing the Mayor but one of the most intriguing photo now circulating online is the alleged affidavit of Mayor Espinosa. 


A Facebook user named Sam Sy posted a photo of the alleged affidavit signed by Mayor Espinosa before his death showing the names of former Justice Secretary Leila De Lima as one of the protector of the Espinosa drug syndicate in Eastern Visayas. 

Aside from Sen. De Lima also mentioned in the alleged affidavit of Mayor Espinosa were prominent political clans in the province of Leyte which includes Gov. Petill and Vice Gov. Loreto.

Although there is no confirmation yet from officials of the national government about the alleged affidavit, netizens were quick to share the photo that went viral on Facebook.

Veteran columnist Rigoberto Tiglao exposed the Land Transportation Office (LTO) records of former President Benigno Aquino III showing that he never bought or sold an expensive Porsche car. The LTO records proved that the former President did not sold his Porsche 911 Carrera car which he claimed he bought for P5 million.
