Coincidence or Not: Lawyers of Lascanas Also the Lawyers of Sen. De Lima

Lawmaker and a known supporter of Pres. Duterte is now asking questions whether it's just a coincidence or not due to the fact that the lawyers of Free Legal Assistance Group (FLAG) who assisted self-confessed DDS hitman SPO3 Arthur Lascañas were also the same lawyers who assisted Senator De Lima on her illegal drug cases.

Kabayan Representative Harry Roque, the lawmaker who doubted the lawyer's intentions also questioned the timing of the flip-flop of the retired Davao City police who denied the existence of Davao Death Squad during the Senate hearing last year.

According to Congressman Roque, retired SPO3 Lascañas must be jailed because of his admission with the presence of his counsels without made immune from suit. He also believed that the appearance of Lascañas was a diversionary tactic to divert the attention of the people from the impending arrest of Senator De Lima.

Rep. Roque wrote the following on social media: "Moreover, the timing of his flip-flop is also suspicious, having been made the day after charges were filed against Senator de Lima.” Kabayan Representative Harry Roque wrote in his post.

The credibility of the retired police statements are in question because of the presence of Sen. Trillanes and the lawyers of Lascañas were also hired by Senator De Lima.

The lawmaker's doubt about the credibility of the lawyers was further in question when Pro-Duterte blogger Sass Rogando Sasot asked if Alex Padilla, one of the members of FLAG assisting Lascañas are also he same attorney who assisted Sen. De Lima and confirmed by some netizens.

Aside from being a lawyer, a netizen also informed Sasot that Mr. Alex Padilla is also the former PhilHealth President during the administration of former Pres. PNoy Aquino.

R. Tiglao Exposed LTO Records Showing Aquino Never Bought or Sold a Porsche

Veteran columnist Rigoberto Tiglao exposed the Land Transportation Office (LTO) records of former President Benigno Aquino III showing that he never bought or sold an expensive Porsche car. The LTO records proved that the former President did not sold his Porsche 911 Carrera car which he claimed he bought for P5 million. The controversial Porsche car of the former President made headlines just months into his presidency but he explained that he bought the luxury car with the proceeds he got when he sold his BMW. Because of the furor from such display of opulence, Pres. Aquino claimed to have sold it six months later for exactly the same price. According to Tiglao during that time he asked through his column the LTO to release the car's deed of sale and registration to prove that it was not a gift from a Chinese-Filipino tycoon as rumored by some individuals critical to the President. The only possible way to discover whether the Porsche luxury was indeed sold was through ...
