‘La Luna Sangre,’ trending worldwide

INABANGAN, tinutukan, at pinag-usapan ng televiewers at netizens nitong Lunes ang engrandeng premiere episode ng epic saga na La Luna Sangre na pinagbibidahan nina Angel Locsin, John Lloyd Cruz, Richard Gutierrez, Kathryn Bernardo at Daniel Padilla.

Kinasabikan ang pagbabalik nina Lia (Angel) at Mateo (John Lloyd) kaya nagtala ang programa ng national TV rating na 33.9% (pinagsamang urban at rural homes) o higit sa doble ng rating ng katapat na My Love From The Star na nakakuha naman ng 13.8%, ayon sa viewership survey data ng Kantar Media.

Trending din sa Twitter ang hashtag nitong #LaLunaSangreAngSimula sa buong mundo dahil bumuhos ang mga papuri ng netizens tungkol sa magarang produksiyon ng show. Trending naman sa Twitter nationwide sina Angel, Mateo (karakter ni John Lloyd), at ang batang Tristan (Daniel) na si Justin James Quilantang na agad minahal ng viewers.

“That is how a pilot episode should be. I believe LLS will give us a taste of cinematic vibe every night,” sabi ni @juicewhattan.

“May I say, ang ganda lang ng kulay. Hindi ko alam ang technical terms pero ang sarap sa mata. Buhay na buhay,” komento ni @CarlaJean0922.

Ramdam naman ni @jochendria ang emosyong ipinakita ng batang Tristan at sinabing, “Hats off for the little Tristan, his acting skills were super. One of Tristan’s good traits – he loves selflessly.”

Hindi rin napigilan si Jed Madela na magpahayag ng papuri sa kanyang Twitter account. “First episode pa lang pero ang dami nang ganap! Galing!,” sabi ni Jed.

Ipinasilip sa pilot episode ng programa ang masaya at normal na pamumuhay nina Lia (Angel) at Mateo (John Lloyd) simula nang mawalan ng kapangyarihan para sa anak na si Malia. Ngunit nagbabadya ang panganib sa mundo ng mga tao, bampira, at lobo sa planong paghahari ni Sandrino (Richard).

Inaabangan ang kinabukasang naghihintay kina Lia at Mateo matapos ang pulang buwan. Makuha kaya nila ang inaasam na mapayapang buhay para sa kanilang pamilya?

Alipay (which handles purchases for Chinese shopping giant Alibaba) has launched what it says is the first payment system that uses facial recognition to complete the sale. If you visit one of KFC's KPRO restaurants in Hangzhou, China, you can pay for your panini or salad by smiling at a camera-equipped kiosk -- you need to verify the purchase on your phone, but you don't have to punch in digits or bring your phone up to an NFC reader. The system (Smile to Pay) is purportedly resistant to spoofing with photos and other tricks. It relies on both depth-sensing cameras and a "likeness detection algorithm" to make sure it's really you. Tesla cloud account hacked to mine cryptocurrency

The hack also potentially exposed the electric car company's data. Researchers for RedLock found that Tesla's credentials on an IT administrative console were not password protected. They made the discovery while trying to track down which organizations had left their Amazon Web Services (AWS) credentials openly exposed on the internet last month. The hackers quietly hijacked the console and began running scripts to generate virtual currency like bitcoin, the latest in a series of "cryptojacking" attacks. The researchers also found the hackers used "sophisticated evasion measures" to go undetected.
