De La Salle Lipa received a bomb threat via text message at 7:40 a.m. on Friday, December 1, the school said in a tweet.

"As protocol, the Institutional Safety, Security and Emergency Services Office (ISSESO) has conducted paneling and search operations in buildings and surroundings," according to the tweet sent by the school at 9:26 a.m.

No bomb was found, the school said.

"De La Salle Lipa is on top of the situation and has found that the vicinity is 100% clear from the said threat," it said. — VDS, GMA News
