A five-star resort in Boracay got burned down on Wednesday night, according to a report on Balitanghali on Thursday.
The Bureau of Fire Protection said firemen had difficulty putting out the fire since Nami Resort is on a hill.
No one was hurt in the incident.
Resorts adjacent to Nami were evacuated for their safety.
Damage to property was estimated to reach P20 million. —KG, GMA News
