Lolo ni Liza, ‘manu’ ang tawag kay Enrique

MAKAHULUGAN ang sagot ni Enrique Gil na, “Parang kami na,” sa latest na pahayag niya tungkol sa estado ng relasyon nila ni Liza Soberano.

Madalas matanong ang magka-love team tungkol sa kinahinatnan ng kanilang samahan simula nang ma-link sila sa isa’t isa noong kasagsagan ng paggawa nila sa seryeng Forevermore.

Pero ayon kay Enrique noon, no labels kanilang relasyon bilang respeto sa pangako ni Liza sa lolo nitong si Jeff Soberano.

Ulit ni Enrique, “Parang kami na, pero siyempre, I respect her lolo. May promise kasi siya sa lolo niya, ever since before na at a certain age, 23-24, puwede na siya mag-boyfriend. So, I’ll respect that. I’ll respect that.”

“But I said, where we are right now, okay na po ako, okay na ako.”

Sa kasalukuyan ay 20 years old pa lang si Liza.

Tamang edad ni Liza na lang daw ang hinihintay ni Enrique upang muling pormal na tanungin ang dalaga kung maaari niya itong maging girlfriend.

“I’ve been waiting, pero sabi ko, parang ‘di naman din naghihintay, eh, kasi parang kami na. The age kasi, she promised to her grandfather, ‘yung nagpalaki po sa kanya sa States, ‘yun talaga ‘yung parang naging tatay niya, ‘yung lolo niya.

“He just came here, but he’s old na, ‘tapos may heart problem. So siyempre, as respect, parang ako, bilang respeto po.”

Ikinatutuwa pa rin ni Enrique na kahit istrikto ang lolo ni Liza ay magaan ang loob nito sa kanya.

“Tinatawag niya na ako manu, eh, ‘Hoy, manu, halika dito!’ Parang ganun! Sabi ko, ‘Anong manu?’ ‘Manugang yun,’ sabi nila. ‘What does that mean?’ sabi ko. Nu’ng sinabi sa akin, natuwa naman ako.

“Siya yung very strict, pero parang boto naman siya. Kailangan ko lang siya makausap.”

Importante ba sa kanya na magkaroon ng label ang relasyon niya kay Liza?

“Oo naman, pero kahit wala naman, parang kami na rin. I asked her, but since she told me, it was a long time na, okay, I’ll respect that.”

Pabirong dugtong pa niya, “’Wala naman akong hinahabol, sure naman ako, ikaw na.’ Sure naman ako na after Forevermore, alam ko forever na ‘to. Kaya Forevermore ‘yung una natin, eh.”

R. Tiglao Exposed LTO Records Showing Aquino Never Bought or Sold a Porsche

Veteran columnist Rigoberto Tiglao exposed the Land Transportation Office (LTO) records of former President Benigno Aquino III showing that he never bought or sold an expensive Porsche car.
