Sen. Gordon Asks CHR Why they are Not Noisy in the Past 10 Years

Newly-elected Senator of the Republic of the Philippines, Sen. Dick Gordon asked the Commission on Human Rights (CHR) the reasons why they were not noisy in the past 10 years. According to Sen. Gordon, for the past years the riding-in-tandem cases were rampant but the CHR did not create any noise.

Watch How Sen. Gordon Asks CHR During the Senate Hearing:

Sen. Gordon felt really disappointed because during the time of President Aquino, the riding-in-tandem cases were rampant and kept on victimizing people but the CHR were silent.

The Philippine National Red Cross (PNRC) chairman noted that the riding-in-tandem victimized many innocent lives and there were even rumors that the people behind the riding-in-tandem are prisoners who were given a chance to go out in their cell temporarily to perform the crime.

Aside from the disappointment with the CHR, Sen. Gordon also recommended that the Philippine government under Pres. Duterte must inform China, Hong Kong and Taiwan that most of the illegal drugs came from their country.

Informing the international communities could be the key that the United Nations (UN) will stop criticizing President Duterte and the Philippines as whole.

For the PNP Chief Ronald "Bato" Dela Rosa, he showed his frustrations during the Senate hearing and asked Sen. Gordon how they can imprison the drug lords if they are already inside the prison.

Sen. Gordon also said during the hearing initiated by the controversial Sen. De Lima that the law must rule and the PNP must not stop in eliminating the illegal drug trades in the Philippines.

For the past few days since President Duterte assumed office as President of the Philippines, the Commission on Human Rights and other senators particularly Sen. De Lima kept on attacking the current admin and questioned the "Oplan Tokhang" that made a successful story in Davao City.

R. Tiglao Exposed LTO Records Showing Aquino Never Bought or Sold a Porsche

Veteran columnist Rigoberto Tiglao exposed the Land Transportation Office (LTO) records of former President Benigno Aquino III showing that he never bought or sold an expensive Porsche car. The LTO records proved that the former President did not sold his Porsche 911 Carrera car which he claimed he bought for P5 million. The controversial Porsche car of the former President made headlines just months into his presidency but he explained that he bought the luxury car with the proceeds he got when he sold his BMW. Because of the furor from such display of opulence, Pres. Aquino claimed to have sold it six months later for exactly the same price. According to Tiglao during that time he asked through his column the LTO to release the car's deed of sale and registration to prove that it was not a gift from a Chinese-Filipino tycoon as rumored by some individuals critical to the President. The only possible way to discover whether the Porsche luxury was indeed sold was through ...
