Sass Rogando Sasot Initiates Viral "Stop Destabilising" Campaign

Renowned supporter of Pres. Rody Duterte based abroad, Sass Rogando Sasot initiated a viral social media campaign to counter the destabilization plot against the Philippines by encouraging every Filipinos to support the "Stop Destabilising" campaign by international news media companies worldwide.


Sass Rogando Sasot explained that the opponents of Pres. Rody Duterte together with the international media have the money to influence the international community but as Filipino netizens we have the power to fight for our country.

She encouraged all peace-loving and fair-loving supporters of Pres. Duterte to start a social media campaign to send our message to international media.

Sasot advised all Filipinos to do the following as a sign of support for the anti-destabilising campaign on social media.

1. Take a picture with this handwritten sign: "Dear International Media: STOP Destabilising the Philippines."

2. Post the picture in your social media accounts (e.g. Twitter, FB, Instagram) with the following hashtags:

A few hours after Sasot posted her call for "Stop Destabilising" Campaign, some of the country's most popular Duterte followers which includes Mocha Uson and other Facebook Pages of Duterte supporters heed the call and made the campaign viral on social media. 

For the past few days even before the assumption of Pres. Duterte as President of the Republic, some bias national and local media keeps on reporting bad news about Pres. Duterte which was also picked up by international news media.

DOF opposes tiered approach to tax on sugary drinks

"We oppose the tiered approach. Meaning 'yung first seven grams will be tax free and then after that would be taxable," Finance Undersecretary Karl Chua said during the Economic Journalists Association of the Philippines (EJAP) Economic Forum in Manila on Friday.
